Al Yari Pharmacy may collect the following information from users of our site: first name, last name, street address, area and city, phone and contact numbers, email address.

 When you place an order, you are required to select a mode of payment. Al Yari Pharmacy does not store your debit/card information and this information is directly transmitted to the appropriate debit/credit card company in an highly secured encrypted format with globally accepted rules and applications during order processing.

We may disclose your information to our staff and any third party agencies involved in the delivery of your order. We may disclose your information if necessary to protect our legal rights, if the information relates to actual or threatened harmful conduct, or we have good faith belief that such action is necessary to either conform to the requirements of law or comply with governmental orders, court orders, or legal process served on us and/or to protect and defend our property of other rights, the users of the website/service or the public. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk protection.

Your personal information is well protected as we use various technical and management practices to help protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of data stored on our system.

Refund policy

Products returned in original condition without opening the pack will be refunded within 4 working day for cash customer and 10 working days for payment done via debit/credit card/net banking.

We will ensure the products are well packed  and sent to you, however if the product is found in damaged condition upon receipt, please email to connect@localhost and we will arrange for a pick up free of cost.

Order Cancellation Policy

You have a right to cancel the order. All orders should be cancelled before 3:30 pm on the day the order was placed.

Customers with account, need to sign in to access existing orders and proceed to cancellation.

Customers without account, can contact us via whats app number or email us with your complete name, phone number, order number and order date and we will cancel your order for you.

Product Delivery Policy

All our deliveries are in accordance with Article (23) of Official Gazette No. 3435 – Thursday 5 September 2019

Article (23) Scope of Delivery service –

a) Delivery service is limited to prescription and over-the-counter medicine and pharmaceutical products.

b) The delivery service does not include control medicines and those for which there are restrictions on dispensing, particularly narcotic drugs, psychotropic and precursors.

We will ensure all products are delivered with the committed time period, however, service can be disrupted due to various unforeseen and unavoidable factors including but not limited to socio, political, climatic, other natural calamity etc.
